About the restaurant
Onemata occupies a prime waterfront location in the Park Hyatt Auckland, close to the CBD. Under the helm of Robert Hope-Ede, the busy open kitchen produces a regularly changing menu where diners can sit and immerse themselves while watching some of New Zealand’s finest chefs create their meal. The wine extensive wine list includes premium NZ and European drops. Pastry Chef of the Year Callum Liddicoat’s desserts shouldn’t be overlooked with decadent desserts and fine baked goods which can also be found in the Park Hyatt’s The Living Room and Pantry Café.
