About the restaurant
High-profile chef Josh Emett and his wife Helen have created Onslow in the modern but beautifully designed lobby of The International, boasting city scape views and lofty ceilings. Josh worked in London, Los Angeles, New York and Melbourne for Gordon Ramsay, before returning home to NZ and judging on NZ Masterchef. Start your evening with playful ‘treats’ designed by Josh as small bites with big flavour, maybe followed by one of Emetts signature dishes, the Big Glory Bay salmon, served with accompaniments and carved in front of you. The ingredients are seasonal, showcasing the best from local farmers and producers.
