About the restaurant
Hawker House is in the city of Nelson on the top of New Zealand’s South Island. The flavours are inspired by the vibrant street food found in hawker markets across. Handpicked veggies from owners Matt and Tania’s farm, fresh local seafood and of course lamb and beef for which the region is famous. The fruity cocktails pack a punch and marry beautiful with Chef Riki Day’s creative dishes as do the carefully picked wines, with choices from New Zealand and afar. Choose to sit at The Chefs Table, The Chefs Dining Room or the casual seating area.
