About the restaurant
PLATO, located by the harbour in the South Island town of Dunedin, is a bit of an institution specialising in fish. Nowadays PLATO houses a microbrewery in the historic old laundry of what was previously a seafarers hotel. Grab a tap beer or PLATO wine to enjoy with the fish pie, pork and clams or slow braised beef cheek, all designed to warm the cockles of your heart.
