Historic Archer’s Cottage on the shores of Lake Wakatipu is home to Botswana Butchery Queenstown, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. This beautifully designed restaurant offers log fire dining with alfresco dining available in the warmer months. Try freshly shucked market oysters, West Coast whitebait, wild fiordland red deer, slow roasted whole lamb shoulder or big glory bay King salmon fillet.
