Located on Dominion Road in Mt Eden, Forest invites diners to embark on a celebration of vegetarian cuisine. Led by Chef Plabita Florence, Forest boasts an ever-evolving a la carte menu, crafted weekly to showcase the best of seasonal produce and preservation techniques. Open from 5pm, Wednesday to Saturday, Forest is committed to sustainability, sourcing ingredients locally and minimising waste. With a focus on inclusivity, most dishes can be made vegan, and gluten-free options are readily available.
