Ghost Donkey is a vibrant Mexican-inspired tequila and mezcal bar in Auckland, promising a lively atmosphere and delightful drinks. Led by Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez, known in New York's bar community, the bar offers over 40 varieties of mezcal and tequila, alongside Mexican sodas and inventive cocktails like the 'El Burro' with pineapple rum and a mole Negroni. The food menu features delicious Mexican dishes such as quesadillas, chilli con carne, carrot nachos, tacos, and Mexican fried chicken, ensuring a flavourful experience that pairs perfectly with their extensive drink selection.
